Best instructional DVD to learn Tai Chi Yang?
I am interested in learning this style of Tai Chi, and I do if a person has a contribution useful in this instructional DVD can be better. My preference would be something in-depth education, including posture, breathing and balance with the yin and yang. If possible, I want a movie has it all, it is easy to navigate, and has the possibility to jump directly to the modules for daily practice. I have some experience in karate and tai chi, even if it is only May. My experience is both a DVD and teaching in person. Ultimately, I want to spend the basis of practice advanced, so the more detailed the better. Thanks in advance. 
I have also intends to take some classes sometime in the future but for now I have to rely on this operation in the country.
